Selection criteria

To be qualified as an IIP candidate, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be a penultimate student (you will graduate in one year)
• Major in Engineering or Business
• Excellent academic record
• Fluency in English (average level in French is a plus)
• Strong interest in industrial activities
• International focus
• Autonomy, motivation, flexibility, adaptability

What process will you follow?

Application on the IIP website OR during your University job fair

   ↓ Interview with HR manager(s) in your country

      ↓ Letter of intent & contract defining your assignment

         ↓ 2 to 3 month- internship in France or in the USA

            ↓ Debriefing after your internship with Corporate HR and Country HR
